For all live appointments: within 24 hours after the payment has been received in full (payment can be made by following this link: Live Appointment) , the customer will be contacted via email to establish the date and time of his/her appointment. The meeting will be conducted primarily through Skype, but in some cases in which the customer prefers to use another type of method (telephone, in person ...), and if allowed by Professor Ignacio, the meeting will be performed according to the customer´s suggestion. Once this meeting takes place, Professor Ignacio will start working on the case until the problem gets solved, and he will personally inform the customer of any update.
For all email services, the customer will be sent an email after the payment has been received in full (payment can be made by following this link: Email Appointment) with a short questionnaire to be filled out (within 24 hours). Soon after this questionnaire has been answered and sent back, Professor Ignacio will start working on the case and he will personally keep informed the customer of any update until the problem gets solved.
